Hailey Ann Elizabeth Potts 41/2 month old daughter of Jeremy Potts and Alecia

Yager both of Oblong died Monday October 1, 2001 at Cardinal Glennon

Memorial Hospital for Children in St. Louis, Missouri. Hailey was born

premature and has been in the hospital since birth. She was born May 18,

2001 in Robinson, Illinois.

 

Hailey is survived by her father Jeremy Potts and her mother Alecia Yager;

grandparents Scott & Karen Yager and Rick & Sharon Potts; great

grandparents Dolores & Florent Yager, Jerry & Edith Potts and Ernie & Lucille

Shidler; 2 uncles Justin Yager and Tim Potts. Hailey is preceded in death by

grandparents John & Loretta Roach.

 

Burial will be in the Bend Cemetery.
